My Spritzer

I had to refill my spritzer(mister) bottle today. I filled it mainly with water and then put about a tablespoon of coconut oil in it. I think my spritzer bottle is a 8 oz. bottle. I absolutely love spritzing my hair and if I was supposed to stop doing that. I would be really worried for the health of my hair. I believe that my spritzer is a very important part of my regimen and that if I was supposed to stop or do it only like every two weeks, my hair would break. I just finished watching a video by UtubeHairCare and she gave a story about a classmate she had whose hair was always ear length when she had a relaxer, then soon after she switched over to a jerri curl, her hair grew to APL! She said she believes it's due to the constant moisture in the girl's hair and I second that. But, will add that more than likely there was also less manipulation involved. Anywhoses!!! I LOVE MY SPRITZER!! I would not give it up for anything, not that there is a need to. It's cheap to do and it works. I think all a spritzer needs is some distilled water and a good oil like jojoba or coconut oil. More fandangles are great, but not sure if they are needed. I haven't tried any other mixes yet though, so I can't be knocking stuff I haven't tried. Lol. I may consider in the future, getting some other natural oils to add...or shea butter?

What's in your spritzer?
